PRESCOTT — Results are in for the Tuesday primary election in Prescott where two incumbent city councilmembers held onto their seats and current Mayor Phil Goode was reelected after running unopposed. In addition to the mayor's race, voters were tasked with filling one two-year City Council term and three four-year terms. Current Councilmember Connie Cantelme earned over 60% of the vote against challenger Tony Hamer to secure another two-year term. Cantelme was originally appointed to fill a vacant seat in 2022.
