PRESCOTT — The proposed Prescott Plaza Hotel along the city's historic Whiskey Row is likely to be voted down by the Preservation Commission during its meeting Friday morning. If the commission does not move forward with the project, the decision can only be appealed to the City Council. The proposed development would replace three existing storefronts located in the middle of Montezuma Street — the Mountain Spirit Gallery, the Harley Davidson store and the gift shop Wild at Heart — with a five-story, 55-room boutique hotel.
