Level 3 sex offender Joshua Rush, 34, convicted of an offense that allows for community notification, has advised the Prescott Valley Police Department (PVPD) that he will be living on the 4400 block of Carla Vista Drive in Prescott Valley, according to a news release. He is not wanted by the PVPD at this time. On June 30, 2008, in Yavapai County, Rush, 19 years old at the time, was convicted of attempted molestation of a child and sexual abuse and sentenced to five years in the Arizona Department of Corrections and 10 years supervised probation, once released.
